8 Week project gets Sion Mills Credit Union live


After a 8 week project, Sion Mills Credit Union went live on CUVision on 1st October 2020. Sion Mills joins a user base of 80+ credit unions ensuring a bright future for the credit union.

After a smooth migration of 26 years data, the credit union moved to the new platform - all it's data intact and ready to face into a new financial year with renewed confidence.

e-CFS handled the project from start to finish. With the authorisation of the credit union, data was migrated and balanced to the penny ! Transaction history from 1994 to 2020 was transferred - nearly a million records.

No support from the supplier Intuity was required during the project saving the credit union time and money.

Comprehensive onsite training was provided ensuring the staff were well prepared for the changeover

As part of the project, e-CFS replaced the hardware in the credit union making further savings on the cost due to competitive pricing from e-CFS.

The credit union ATM supplied by e-CFS was linked providing immediate access to funds for members.

For ICE users, this means a fast and comprehensive solution to the end of life of the Intuity ICECUBE system.

e-CFS has successully migrated credit unions from all the major suppliers over the years. Recently e-CFS migrated an Oakwood system onto the CUVision platform with no problems occurring.
