Meeting members needs

Willowfield Credit Union needed to move online to keep pace with their members and the new post Covid-19 environment. Online services were identified as key to sustaining the links to the local community and existing members while broadening the offer to new members.
After extensive discussions a digital strategy was developed and a 3 month journey to fully online services was embarked on.
Stage 1—Internet Banking
Access for members to their account balances and statements via secure website
Stage 2—Online Loans
Members can apply for a loan online and the credit union can process this loan online via workflow to issuance.
Stage 3—Online Membership
Members of the public can apply to join the credit union online and the credit union can process this application online via workflow to membership.
Stage 3—Online Membership
A member of the public can apply online to join the credit union. The members application can then be processed fully online by the credit union
